Time Out

I was emptying the dishwasher tonight and Carson was right there helping me. Touching all the dishes & silverware, kneeling on the front door of the dishwasher and then he stood up on the door of the dishwasher. I asked him to get down, he did it again. I told him if he does it again he would have a time out. Carson very calmly got down off the dishwasher door and walked over to the rug and sat down, right where we always do time outs! Carson has only had a couple of time outs but he has witnesses his older brother getting time outs more frequently. Perhaps he will continue to give himself these time outs in the future.
