As always I look back at the pictures I have
and wish I had captured more pictures!
We started out the night by tailgating with Isaac Nation. We rode over from our hotel to the campus in
Rob’s Dad’s 1977 blue motor home. This
thing was sweet! Really! It was in great condition and the boys loved
riding in it. Carson still talks about how fun it would be
to have a refrigerator and a bathroom in our van. We enjoyed some food and the kids were able
to run around a bit and throw football.
Here we are with Isaac Nation ahead of us walking over to the football stadium.
Andrew loved the atmosphere! He loved cheering on the Broncos, watching the band, eating the snacks, just completely taking it all in.
This was a 7:00 night game. I nursed Alex (he was only 4 1/2 months at the time) in the motor home before heading over to the stadium and he took a little nap while we finished tailgating. Then we walked over to the game and Alex just hung out in the Moby wrap, the entire time! I think it was close to midnight before we headed back to the RV and I didn't feed him again until we got in the RV. Such a little trooper! He did take a short nap at the game as did Carson.
Fun times! Thank you Steiners for letting us join you!
