We did it! So I had my doubts. I thought it would take forever, that the jars wouldn't seal and that it would just be a big mess. Well it was a big mess, but other than that it wasn't bad at all. Chad & I canned them together while we practiced some neglectful parenting! Just kidding, the boys played pretty well together while we canned the peaches, just weren't supervised quite as closely as usual. My only regret is that we didn't have more peaches to do! (1/2 bushel) Since it went pretty well, maybe we will buy more to can. Yum!!

Congratulations on finishing your first peaches. If your boys love them as much as mine do you won't go a summer without doing them for a while. So yummy in winter.
