I laid down this afternoon to rest while Carson was in bed. This is something I don't usually do, but I feel another cold coming on! I think I was only healthy for a little over a week! I could not go to sleep, I was not blessed with that Stuckey gene that my mom and Tricia have. They can fall asleep just about anywhere at anytime it seems! Not me. So I decided to get up and bake. I love this pumpkin bread recipe. I got the recipe from my sister or mom who I believe got it from Tricia's piano teacher Peg. Enjoy!

You're right that recipe is from my dear piano teacher Peg. I'm impressed you remember. Sometimes I add chocolate chips for a little something sweeter.
And I'm sorry you aren't blessed with the Stuckey gene of sleep. It truly is wonderful....except when I'm driving. Maybe I have a form of narcolepsy.
