Happy Birthday Andrew!

Our little man turned 4 today. Andrew is such a joy to be around. He is energetic, enthusiastic, smart and pretty funny. He can be so animated and passionate about many different things that excite him. It is hard to believe that our little baby is a preschooler.

I had read a post on Sarah's blog about a cake in a dump truck for a construction themed birthday party. I wanted to do this for their birthday party last weekend but they wanted Lightning McQueen. Last weekend I had issues with the first cake I baked not getting done, so I put it in the freezer and baked another cake for their party. So today I got the cake out of the freezer, put a little of it in the back of this small dump truck, along with some chocolate pudding and cool whip to make it look like dirt. Andrew loved this!
