Andrew turns 7!!!

 It is quite unbelievable that our first born is now 7!  Andrew turned 7 on Nov. 16.  He took cupcakes in to share with his classmates.  There were a few left to celebrate with at home as well.  Andrew was a bit overzealous in blowing out the candles, notice the candle wax splattered on the table!  J

 Despite how he looks in the picture below, he really likes this digital piggy bank.  He loves knowing just how much change he has in there.

Andrew had a birthday party with four of his friends from school.  We had the boys over to our house.  I asked Andrew if he wanted to have activities planned for them to do or if he just wanted to have time to play with his friends.  He wanted to just play.  (love that!)  And they did play ~  non stop!  They played down in our basement…soccer, air hockey… then they went outside and played basketball.  Andrew opened gifts and they ate cake.  Honestly, it was a bit wild!  But I think they all had fun.  (I have some cute pictures but I don’t want to post pictures of other people’s children without their permission so you can just look at the cake, also made by The Pink Cupcake Bakery.)  Andrew wanted a Mario kart themed party.  He loves playing this game on his DS.
