Yesterday we picked up Carson's 18 month pictures that were taken a few weeks ago. I was pleasantly surprised how well they turned out. The day of the photo shoot, Carson was being a big time Momma's boy, had some serious separation/stranger anxiety. He clung to me, cried part of the time, wouldn't hold still ~ when he finally let go of me. I was surprised she was actually able to capture some smiles. Many of the pictures we got were close up shots, so you couldn't see me holding him.
That day was a little stressful. I was by myself trying to get Carson to let go of me, cooperate with what she wanted him to do and smile. Meanwhile Andrew was being a little ornery. He was trying to steal the show and get the photographers attention, as well as not listening very well. And it was unbelievably hot in the studio. Thankfully she was able to get some good shots.
