I am sometimes easily intimidated with cooking certain things, pie is one of those things. It is something that I rarely make. I made this Strawberry Pie today from a recipe my mother-in-law gave me. It actually turned out pretty good and wasn't that difficult to make. We all enjoyed it and I think the boys are still on a sugar high from it!!
