Have you heard that Chia seeds are supposed to be healthy for you to eat? A good source of Omega 3s, I guess. That just seems too weird to me, to eat ch-ch-ch-chia seeds!

Chia Shrek
Andrew received this Chia Shrek for a Christmas present from Uncle Ben and Aunt Kristy. (How many of you are singing "Ch-Ch-Ch-Chia!"??) I don't think I have ever experienced a Chia before, well maybe one of my teachers in grade school might have had one but I don't remember for sure. We have had lots of fun watching Shrek grow his hair. As I took the picture on the left Andrew said "I'm going to say 'I don't know about this'."
