Carson turns 18 months

Yesterday, May 1st, Carson turned 18 months ~ he is now a year and a half. So hard for me to believe. He is at a really fun age. He can be so sweet and cuddly at times. He also can get very upset, he puts his lips together in a pout and pushes them out as far as possible while squinting his eyes. He is starting to talk more with actual words, he still babbles a lot as well. I was able to spend some time with just him yesterday evening while Chad and Andrew were mowing the grass. I picked up on his words more and he seemed to respond more to what I said with out Andrew around. Here he is saying "Cheese!" for the camera. It is amazing what he picks up from Andrew, I don't really like it when they say cheese for the camera because it makes their smile...well, cheesey!

The boys are now with my parents. Andrew was so excited to go with them, pretty much starting climbing in their car without saying goodbye to me! I'm not sure Carson realized I was leaving but was equally happy with being with his grandparents. The house is so quiet without them around, but I guess it normally is at this time of night. Must get some sleep, we need to leave the house tomorrow at 5am for our flight! I'm not a morning person, not that early anyways!
